Weekend/Bank Holiday Rates

Our charging structure is very simple – you pay a fixed rate for every hour of care you receive throughout the whole year! We understand that people need care at different times of the day/week and find it unfair to charge you a higher rate for receiving the same service at a different time. For this reason, you can be certain that our rate will not change, whether we provide care in the day, in the evening, on the weekend, or even a bank holiday!

Our Rates

Our approach to charging is based on the type of services required rather than an average price for everything. For example, domestic services (home help and housekeeping) represent our lowest hourly cost. Prices then increase proportionately for more complex services, such as personal care. Accordingly our live-in services represent a discount against our standard hourly charges. This is because Clients would provide accommodation (bedroom) and make a contribution towards meals for the person living with them.
