Staff Training

Mi Life Care Services have a very thorough recruitment and training procedure which has been put in place to ensure all of our carers are competent and confident within their role. We do not send any carers into work without verifying that they have completed this full recruitment process.

We have our own in-house trainer (Gemma Tear – Registered Manager) who has been a certified trainer for many years. Below is a short list of some of the mandatory training our carers undertake prior to commencing care work:

You can rest assured that any carers vising your property have already been fully trained and DBS checked before attending.
