Introduction to Mi Life
Mi Life Care Services Limited is a domiciliary health care provider based in Leicester.
Our principal activity is to supply professionally trained care workers to cater to our client’s needs. Our staff members visit clients in their own homes as well as in residential and nursing homes.
Our service is normally provided to younger disabled adults over 18 years of age and for older vulnerable people. Our main objective is to provide excellent care and support in order to help our clients live as independently as possible in their own homes. We guarantee to provide a value for money service which is reliable and responsive to the needs and preferences of our clients.
We try very hard to match our care staff as closely as possible to our clients. For example, sending a female care worker to support a female client. This is to ensure the needs and values of service users are respected. Our care workers are trained to respect all clients on matters of religion, culture, ethnic background, sexuality and sexual orientation, political affiliations, marital status, parenthood, and disabilities or impairments. In the event our care workers and service users are not compatible we will work to address this as a matter of urgency. Overall Mi Life Care Services works hard to foster a caring atmosphere and to provide support which encourages service users to live as fully and independently as they can.
