What Care Workers Do
Care workers provide a wide range of support depending on each individual’s needs. This may include:
Personal care such as washing, dressing, and toileting
Supporting medication routines (where trained and authorised)
Preparing meals and assisting with nutrition and hydration
Help with mobility and moving safely around the home
Light household tasks such as cleaning and laundry
