Known for a compassionate leadership style and a strong sense of integrity, Kushal is committed to maintaining high standards, supporting staff, and ensuring the delivery of safe, person-centred care. His practical involvement in day-to-day operations reflects a genuine dedication to both the team and the people they support.
Outside of work, Kushal enjoys keeping active and taking part in a range of sports, including football and badminton, and also enjoys travelling to different countries to broaden his outlook and experience new cultures.

Gemma is a dedicated and experienced professional with over 18 years in the care sector, having progressed from a Care Worker to an Area Manager throughout this period. She is passionate about supporting individuals to achieve their goals and promoting high-quality, person-centred care.
She holds a Level 3 Award in Education and Training and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care. As the organisation’s in-house trainer, she plays a key role in developing and supporting care staff to deliver safe and compassionate services.
Outside of work, Gemma enjoys singing, socialising, and spending time with family and friends.

Rabiya Ahmed

Rabiya is a warm and approachable Manager with a genuine passion for care. She began her career as a Care Worker 14 years ago, driven by a strong desire to support others, and has developed extensive experience within the sector over the years.
As a Registered Manager, she brings valuable knowledge and leadership to her role, helping to ensure high standards of care are consistently maintained.
In her spare time, Rabiya enjoys cooking for others and spending time socialising with family and friends.

Nikita Gandhi

Nikita is a qualified pharmacist with 10 years of professional experience, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise in medicines and healthcare. She plays a key role in providing reliable clinical support and advice.
Alongside her professional work, Nikita has a strong interest in wellbeing and enjoys spending time outdoors, particularly going on walks and hikes in scenic locations both in the UK and abroad. She is also a keen foodie and enjoys discovering new, highly rated restaurants and eateries.

Jayshree Gandhi

Jayshree is responsible for overseeing all aspects of recruitment, bringing a positive and organised approach to the role. She has been with the organisation for five years and plays an important part in supporting the wider team.
Prior to this, she spent over 20 years working for Leicester City Council in a variety of roles, gaining valuable experience, strong organisational abilities, and excellent people skills. These qualities enable her to effectively manage recruitment processes and provide support where needed.
In her spare time, Jayshree enjoys cooking, reading, and keeping up with her favourite TV series.
